Refill Prescriptions
To refill your prescription please fill in all of the information below.
- You will need the name of the medication and your prescription number.
- You can call the pharmacy during pharmacy hours (817)257-8849
- Or you can visit the Health Center, TCU Pharmacy and bring in an old prescription and fill out a refill request form.
Click “submit” and we will start working on your refill as soon as possible during business hours.
